What a sad commentary on the Canadian government... But it will take at least 10 years to fully implement the plan, which includes training the guards.

No sad was when Paul martin having spent 2 Billion dollars on a Gun Registry that only registered long guns, hand guns have been regulated since 1933, said that it was up to the United States to tighten their borders so that hand guns did not get into Canada from the US, forgetting completely that Canada's border patrol was supposed to do that.
