Don't count out Kerry. SO he botched a joke and the GOP had no issues so they ganged up on him and got the media to follow. It meant nothing. It could happen to anyone. It is also a sign how much the GOP fears him, and it didn't hurt the Dems one bit. In fact it might have helped them, ironically.

In fact, Kerry is responsible for much of the gigantic victory. Plus he picked out Obama. He also picked Webb and all the other Dem veteran candidates, five out of six who won.

It is not Kerry's fault he is from Massachusetts and can't fake a southern accent like Bush does. He is still a highly qualified presidential leader. However, the Dems have more than one. Besides Hillary who I can't get behind easily, there's AL Gore. If Al wants to run, the WH might be his for the taking. But again, Kerry will come back. He will n ot give up. He is a fighter. And the accusations against him were just phony sdmears, 100% BS.
