If you're asking about running it using Boot Camp, I can only report that I have heard it can be done, but I have no first-hand knowledge of it.

I have Vista RC1 running on my Macbook using BootCamp. It takes a bit of work-- the Bootcamp Driver CD won't run perfectly in Vista, so I ended up finding individual solutions for the video card, the bluetooth, isight, and the Apple keyboard, but in the end, it runs pretty well. I've been fairly impressed with the combination, actually (Macbook + Vista).

As for the nag screens, I disabled user account control nag screens. Way too intrusive.
