You forgot Article One, section nine: "Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it". I don't think the South rose again, and I sure as heck don't see any invaders...

Bush could declare you or me an 'enemy combatant', throw us in gitmo, and waterboard us (also known as 'Cheney Dunking') to his hearts content. And they wouldn't have to show you no stinking body.

Which also blows out a good part of the Bill of Rights dealing with trials.

Bush seems to have forgotten that day back in 2001 where he pledged to uphold the Constitution. Probably was still buzzed over how the hell he even got there...
