- As long as one does not break copyright laws once the information is in the "public domain" it should be fair for anyone to mention it.

For the record, I agree. No damage done. Mentioning a name or symbol is very different from copying full text of whatever I published. Anyway nobody should be fool enough to buy a symbol without first doing a minimum DD or read all I had to say on that symbol.
