Donald, thank you for the post, I can see you are very analytical in your research and feel that Maxx is good value. The only reason I can see for the low multiple is the land deal approx 8 months ago that they did with the companies principal. IMHO everything was completely above board and if anything a little unfair to the senior management however some folks may have not liked the sound of it.(The 2 founders sold reserves to the company which they had ownership for shares in Maxx) If they get to 10000B in the next 1-2 years this should also reduce the CashFlow ratio.
