yep .... waaaaay in the past I traded a bunch of commodities ... dang near ended up with a load of porkbelies on my front porch due to phone lines out ..... turned me into a scarity cat ... bushel goods is all I've traded in the past twenty of so years though and mostly beans as to cotton ... heck, Pat, back in my youth cotton was KING in the south .. we even had our own cotton exchange locally and I've known more than a few men who never made a penny any other way than trading cotton ... full time job and made a good living for several here
