Dennis, Thanks for the lead on this filing. My whowhere edgar site didn't have the filing yet, Edgar-online wants me to subscribe now but I found the filing finally at www.freeedgar.com. Newby had 345,500 shares earlier this year and bought them for around $2.25 to $3.12 range. Guess he doesn't feel too good about WRSI prospects. Ken
