The rightwing killed the Kennedys and ML King. They were the only ones with the clear motive, venom, means, opportunity and especially the ability to orchestrate the massive coverups, particularly of the JFK killing. In fact the JFK cover-up would have taken dozens of characters who could operate above the law.

We will probably never know the exact cast of characters in the conspiracies, but J. Edgar Hoover is at the top of the suspect list. He's the only one in the country who is a perfect fit, and whose involvement would explain everything. He could have even stopped the Warren Commission from truly investigating. He had that much power.

There is not one iota of evidence "communists" had anything to do with any of the assassinations. Oswald's mysterious visit to Russia would not explain anything, just create another question mark about him personally. And absolutely, Oswald, Sirhan and Ray all acted as if they'd been brainwashed and didn't know what they were doing there. None of them had clear explanations or memories about what happened. The Dallas Police and FBI also conspired to let Oswald be silenced. They paraded him out to get shot, and it worked. Ruby was a mobster, and Hoover and the mob were common enemies of the Kennedys, who wanted to bring down both of them.
