When people quote Claud's picks and they move up and they become more familiar with Clauds good work, it is more likey to increase his membership not decrease it. The more a letter writer is quoted the more status he/she acheives e.g. Bob Bishop, Doug Casey and John Kaiser and the more demand there is for that persons opinion.
