Hi Mike, As you know, ANDS tried to close some of its June 26 downgap on Jul.13, but the H was only 3.25 (Gap on Jun.26 was 6.83 to 3.70 ) bigcharts.marketwatch.com It started on a near term uptrend on Oct.26 from the 3.25 level that carried it to the H on Nov.7 at 3.85 It failed to make a new H yesterday & today after trying to hold at the 3.72 level from 11.09AM until 11.45AM it broke down to the downside at 11.47AM & had a good downtick on more than 152Ks at 12.21PM bigcharts.marketwatch.com It is now trying to find support at th3 3.57 level. Nearest support is at 3.50 & resistance at 3.65 The July L was around 2.64 bigcharts.marketwatch.com As you know, the 3dQ results weren't good. Revenues were down more than 30% & loss was a little higher ($0.15 vs. $0.13/shr.) The EL for 2006 is around $0.95/shr vs. $0.89 in 2005 & for 2007 the EL is still a little higher close to $1/shr. It announced Tuesday that Novartis had started testing its ANA 975 in animals to check safety & toxicity. ANDS reportedly sells around 1.35xBV The insiders hold more than 10% & institutions around 20% The float is around 24M It has a pretty good short position around 6x its daily average V Bernard
