I'm not a big fan of Cramer but I did find his remark about NASCAR as possibly having as big an impact on SIRI as Howard Stern did, very interesting. The XMSR tout will likely poo poo that given the great drawing power of oprah's friends, the swimming channel and the legal channel (the latter of which would be dedicated to strategies of lawyers involved in XMSR's litigations and administrative hearings, e.g., FCC, FTC, SEC, RIAA, etc.
