Rotation is something Dr K also recommends, if you are only mildly allergic or not allergic. He says the problem develops with constant usage (as with milk)and that foods need to be rotated.

The patient should avoid junk foods, fried foods, dairy products, sugary foods, pork, peanut butter, processed foods, colas, shellfish, white rice, and bleached or processed flours and grains. Pending allergy testing, wheat and gluten is best avoided as much as possible.

The patient should drink spring water, eat fresh (or frozen) vegetables, lean meats, organic is preferred (no antibiotics or steroids), whole grains excluding wheat and gluten when possible, fresh fruits, fresh fish (cold water is best), beans, legumes, raw seeds & nuts (except peanuts), and almond butter. Use raw honey or pure maple syrup as sweeteners in minimal amounts. Blackstrap molasses and stevia are also good natural sweeteners (found at health food stores.)

He also likes kombu (seaweed).
