You know what, if I leave OVER 3.5 million to my kids, they are the ones responsible for paying the tax over and above that initial 3.5 million, and I'm sure they'd be thrilled to get the FIRST 3.5 million and - well, my daughter is with you wrt taxes, but she'd pay! :) and I'll be dead, so I won't care.
