i am hoping that we will not be discussing every meaningless squiggle of gold price in the future, because, as you know, gold, unlike ... say ... wheat ... or a good-to-go parachute on a perfectly good airplane sitting idle on the ground ... has no correct price, as the new add each year constitute 1.x % of global above ground hoard, and should usa congress desire, it can in fact drive gold price to 80% below cost of extraction, for a few moments, and ... well ... that would be it, an opportunity missed |
