As far as looking for a trading range, it seems to me that the question is what kind of trade are you looking for. After its June26 downgap, ANDS has had "playable short runs" from Jul.11 to Jul.13;
from Aug.28 to Sep.1; from Oct.17 to Oct.19; Nov.1 to Nov.7

Its daily volume & daily volatility doesn't seem that suitable to me for daytrading it.

For that you have to look for stocks like TGEN this week, LMRA, MAMA, & others in that group. Or any stock that has a good upgap on good volume tomorrow, if you have the time to follow it closely on the one minute & 10 minute charts, you probably will be able to "scalp" more than 2 or 3% specially if you wait for the downturn that usually takes place starting around 3.15PM triggered by daytraders that don't want to remain long the stock for the day or the weekend. Same thing usually happens on days when earnings results are due.

And of course, 1% per day is a good return if you can achieve it with some consistency.<g>

And if you live in Florida & have a commodity account, you can trade the orange juice whenever we have strong wind with freezing temperatures. That doesn't happen too often, but is nice when you are long & see it trading up the limit for a few days.<g>
