The market crashed because it had over inflated itself. Those who thought they had made a killing found out they hadn't. They did find out their houses were appreciating instead and, until recently, they had.

Now you don't like fiscal responsibility?

You don't really know much about anything do you. You get a silly idea in your head, you post it and then you spend time trying to figure out why no one thinks 'your' idea is any good.

Why don't you try doing some homework beforehand and you can save yourself from doing this again.
