You started this, so don't patronize me!
Ironically nothing about this debate involves me. I make my own picks. I do not own one of Claudes picks (although I recognize their quality) and the only one of Kaiser's picks I own is LTH.
I make my own picks as I like to invest around the edges for more leverage. But, I highly recommend newbies stick with Claudes picks, or Kaiser's picks. They are pros and very good at finding the quality.
And LC had the best answer "I have to think about it". Claude said he doesn't care. A couple of subscribers moaned and groaned that they were being cheated.
Trying to be objective about this, is my concern for Claude, Kaiser, but primarily my fellow men and women. I could have just walked off and left the subject (it concerns me in no way at all), but I do not like giving into mindless greed at the expense of other less fortunate people just becasue someone complains they may lose a buck.
The reason I am beating this dead horse, is that I will not indulge greed, and insensitivity to others less fortunate than we. I will not be bullied into not helping those in need by greedy insensitive people (like bush and his minons did)!
If some guys on this thread worth 10 million dollars is worried I might be stealing their thunder, then I repeat myself, piss off-lol.
This post I found very amusing for its lack of logic: "I don't agree that it is Claude's call. It is should be more properly the call of those of us subscribers who are hurt by the practise. For example, I wasn't even aware until I just snuck unto this thread (hard day at the office!) that Claude had made a new recommendation. Meanwhile, before I even get a chance to go home and read the alert, the info is plastered all over a public board, so that by the time I am ready to buy the stock I have to pay several levels higher."
This post really amused me as the above poster did not even know about it until he read it here first. And he was so upset he didn't have time to go home and studied. Let me enlighten you buddy when a astock has traded 5 million shares usually you are too late.
And the poster said: "It makes them feel important?" Logic would dictate it may make Claude feel important but, I sure as hell do not see how it would make me feel important-lol? Does the postman feel important when he delivers a big check to some one-lol? I was just a messenger.
What I would really like to do is prevent the above poster from seeing any of my picks. And I do get one once in a while.
This whole debate is stupid and reeks of the same sort of politics we just banished. I thought about saying I would no longer post Kaisers picks which few people do subscribe to, but realized that would only hurt the less fortuante even more.
Like LC, I will think this over. And in the end I will do what I feel is fair. |
