I use grapeseed oil. We have these local stores - Winco, and I can sometimes find an entire quart for $6, otherwise, it is pricey, but I like it because you can heat it to a higher temp than other oils and doesn't impart another flavor...It will go bad though, which is why I always sniff everything. Sesame oil, from what I understand does not go bad, but it imparts flavor that may be unwanted.

Good heavens - acid to akaline...always a different theory...but I read that alkaline or neutral is best. And I read that parasites cause acidity. I did not know that about eating animals before 3...do you know why that is? Is your doc by any chance famous? Did he write that frequently cited article about the perils of drinking milk?
