I'd sell but the capital gains taxes are too much. Maybe you could get Hillary Clinton to cut me a $500k cap gains break like Bill Clinton did when she gets in. Thanx Bill. One more gift to the "rich" please. LOL Democrats don't cut shady deals......just the GOP. So you are merde out of luck. ;-)
