Your picture has to be 'on-line' on a server somewhere. When I want to post my pictures, I have to upload them to my Snapfish account, which comes free with my Comcast internet service. You can also capture pictures that you find on the internet, such as with Ask.com image search. I put 'gloop' in the search window and came up with this:

isbuc.co.uk

When you have a picture that you want on the screen, right click, copy image location, then navigate back to your SI input window and CTRL V or right click paste to paste the link.

Then you have to change the http:// to {chart] and add {chart] to the end, with no spaces. Notice that I had to use curly brackets to represent {chart] so the SI code would not recognize the code and you could see it instead of a picture. You want both left and right brackets to be square brackets, like this [].

{chart]www.isbuc.co.uk/Archive/Images/Pool2.JPG{/chart]
