Mark: I do not think that the SEC has any guidelines for you as an individual, not having any officer status with the company, or even not a status as an insider (unless, of course you own more than 5% of the outstanding shares). They have no jurisdiction on us foot soldiers reporting what we see or gather from our own personal investigations.

It would be another story, however, if you came back wih wild stories of giants walking the "greens" and miracles of transmutation tturning hydrocarbons to gold or such, and based on these reports, you would go around ( a la OVIS Cartel) and mount a campaign of buyers hype. But, I just do not think this is your style.

So, I for one will be waiting patiently to Oct 13 to hear what you find down there and than you in advance.
