Tough question, and perhaps I am not very qualified to answer:

This company has had a long-term profitability problem. It only recently turned to debt financing. Hopefully they have a sales plan that will eliminate this in the near future. I doubt that SYBS which has been having its own problems recently would be much inclined to add the cost and risk of supporting a small unprofitable company trying to establish a position in a competitive market downstream from SYBS's business.

Certainly the debt financing can be viewed as a two-edged sword. It is definitely dilutive, but its also a carrot/stick inducement to produce what all us small investors have been hoping for, increases in sales and profits. Hopefully a professional investment corporation will have more effective means to help guide management in that direction.
