Buggi, re: why should Q4 be the ULTIMATE quarter? It's seasonally the best quarter. If Spansion doesn't come rather darn close to making money this Q4 chances become much higher that it'll loose a good bit more money in H1 '07 shrinking it's chances to move to newer technology quickly (SP1). Also it will be seen as management failure. It'll influence credit rating. Etc, etc... In short, it'll have ramifications far into the future. I think Spansion is seen as high risk until it's in the green for the first time at which moment the risk profile changes more favorably. Regards, Rink
