You mentioned the "no new taxes" issue I thought, which was an irritation, but not unconstitutional. Any examples of these violations? I don't like those either, but I see the dems attacking the constitution in a much more systematic way. I can give you tons of examples from eminent domain to legislating from the bench to attacking the 2nd amendment. They don't even hide their contempt for the constitution.
