I wasn't talking about real treason either, but rather accusations of treason just because someone disagrees with the war. That's just as unreasonable as the whole "chickenhawk" ad-hominem. It isn't something the courts should decide. No one should have to face a court just because they think the war in Iraq is a bad idea.


Of course, the courts have to decide if someone is committing a treasonous act or not. Did you think the president or the GOP decided such issue? If so, you're wrong. The courts will decide although I hardly think what we're discussing is an act of treason.

But I do believe it is an act of dishonor and should not be allowed...........to start a non defensive war and not to fight in it is chickenshit.
