Condi Rice let 9-11 happen. She was warned and did nothing. She never apologized as Richard Clarke did. Then she actually got promoted for failing as badly as any security advisor can possibly fail. Obviously her skin color is the main reason she has her job. Everyone knows the GOP will promote any smart black person who vows loyalty to them. And Condi was previously paid off as a board member of Chevron, which Bush arranged for her.
