Give us a break koan. Many people think all sorts of things. Thirty years ago many people feared that we were entering a new ice age. According to the scare stories of a few years ago, we should be seeing dramatic rises in sea level, but we are not. I think you should give this topic a rest on the metals boards. There must be more appropriate venues. (By the way, I've attended serious scientific presentations where "people of knowledge" have expressed great scepticism about the current climate beliefs, especially about climate models. I am not trying to enter into a debate on this.)
