Okee: I do nott want to be a bearer of "bad news", but the facts needs to known. I am sorry to say that someone (a share holder and probably not an officer) has registered 50,000 shares of GRNO under rule 144, apparently during last week: insidertrader.com This does not mean these shares are coming on the market now, these could have been restricted shares that have just come off the restriction period. In any event, these could also be planned actual sales. I thought everyone should know. Zeev
