I was merely trying to find an acceptable solution to the problem. The problem is that politicians become more corrupt the longer they stay in office. Proposal one: Term Limit Constitutional Amendment; proposal two: since they are mostly corrupt, just require them to serve in prison half as long as they serve in office.

I cannot see a way out of the morass short of a Constitutional Amendment.

If you prefer corrupt politician to limits on them, you and I disagree.
