Brookelise, I agree with all points you make WRT CCI being the early indicator and to use MACD for confirmation. I just can't seem to overlook the relationships between Price/CCI/Chaikin around 8 Aug and 20 Aug. I never seem to know when these things are the exceptions or the rules, I am definitely still learning. I guess I'm trying to NOT overreact to a CCI Spike sell alert based on the following: Cross((Mov(CCI(9),3,S)),CCI(9)) AND Ref(CCI(9),-1) > 200 WRT to worst case.... I actually see resistance a little lower then you (possibly 21) based on a trendline back the low of 9 in March of this year. Also, thanks for reminding me to confer our other tools (DNS, Dahl) in formulating my strategy. Its times like these that I wish I could read tea leaves, or at least know how to look for the latent (Eliott) wave 2.
