Dean was successful. More successful than any person I know of ever thought he would be. So successful that we now have both houses which almost nobody thought we had more than a very slight chance to achieve. If it wasn't for Dean we wouldn't have done that. So you want to replace him with someone who was almost successful. Sorry but i'll have to disagree.
