I dunno. The SEC investigated it. If they thought she was guilty, they would have charged her. They didn't. About the only way that would have happened is if the SEC was in the pocket of the governor of Arkansas's wife. Which, given some of the things you apparently believe, is within the bounds of reason for you. For people with a better grip on reality, however, it is a huge stretch.
