I think Ford is a great politician and have nothing bad whatsoever to say about him. That doesn't mean I agree with people who think Dean should be fired just so Ford will have something to do. Dean is a proven commodity, I doubt any democrat has ever exceeded peoples expectations like he did in this election. When you have the best you ever had in a position you don't go nominating people to replace him while he is still in office. Unless maybe you aren't too bright. If I was Dean and had worked as hard as he has and delivered the results he has I would feel pretty bad if I saw a lot of people talking about a replacement not 3 days after the election. I would feel so bad I wouldn't care if I even kept the job.
