All of the options seem very rich to me. It most be the Xop decision assumed to be next week that is driving the volatility. The stock movement surely shouldn't. I continue to play only one side - selling puts, the 47.50s. I would like to think that there is more upside potential than downside (and the prices of the calls and puts seem to support that slightly). Therefore, I don't want to limit my long positions. That said, I am long some 52.50 and 55 puts due 01/07 (which I would love to lengthen in December but doubt that I will be able to do at a reasonable cost).
