I know its different now - that doesn't make it better but you're right. When I talk to the principal next week I'm going to be calm and cool but I'm going to explain that my son has a fundamental right to defend himself that neither he (the principal) nor the School district can take away from him. This is one of those times I'm willing to do battle. I'm going to talk with Nicholas and tell him if someone hits him in the head on purpose - do what you think you have to do.
