I think it's time for: -- gathering up our toys and bringing them home -- bringing the troops with them -- forming an oil buying cartel with Britain, France and Germany to negotiate oil supply and oil rates at best in the world rates -- telling Israel to make friends with the Palestinians and their other neighbors -- taking the oil buying cartel savings and plowing treble that into support for alternative energy development -- forming the new 1 million person Peace Corps and sending them out to all world countries to do good things and make friends for America -- Install an Al Gore and friends designed energy/environment policy -- Try to encourage the rest of the world to do the same -- Write non-agression pacts with 150 world countries valid for 50 years, extended for a further 10 years every 10 years. -- agree to use the UN to work out disputes.
