I was never quite satisfied with the idea that so much of the DNA was junk, so it doesn't surprise me that they're finding out that there is some useful information in there.

I've been scratching the surface of the amazing subject of biology over the last 3 years or so. It is absolutely mind-boggling how much detail there is - a cell is like a city - and how much the biologists have been able to figure out. There is still a vast amount that isn't understood, or possibly even known about yet. One thing's certain - science doesn't take away your sense of wonder.
