Robin (and Threaders),

I read with great disappointment your post of Pinnisi's letter. I can't belive that the company has nothing better to do than harrass stockholders that are TRYING TO EXPOSE THE TRUTH about the company. I see no evidence for exposure of secret agreements, breach of confidentiality or trade secrets. For a company involved in multiple lawsuits involving former Board members, a company being investigated by the SEC, that they are worried about investors' comments here on SI?! Don't they have better things for their lawyers to do?!

Robin, I think I speak I for all of us here when I say, thank you for your informative posts, you have certainly provided much more inforamtion than the company's press releases. I hope you will stick around, but I understand if you choose otherwise. It is ironic that they the letter was "...requesting that you cease and desist from future conduct which Paracelsian believes would be wrongful." And don't forget, "Paracelsian respects your rights as a shareholder and a citizen, and does not wish to infringe upon those rights. To the contrary, the company welcomes your input as a shareholder through proper company channels." Gee, maybe that means that they will start answering all of those e-mails I sent them.

Rick C.
