I told slan one time he reminds me of Hazel in Watership
Down. A very good book and great adventrue for anyone who has never read it.

It is a parable (and uses rabbits) and follows the Greek idea of each person in the group contributing their particular strengths to the group.

Hazel was the leader because he could manage the group according to their particular strengths and use those particular strengths to ensure the group survived its many travails.

And each person in the group, recognizing that talent. was willing to defer to his decisions.

In graduate school, a course I once had in decision theory, called the man on the moon, showed that groups generally make better decisions than individuals.
