I simply cannot understand all the argument here!! Jew or gentile -- the only way to salvation is through our Lord Jesus Christ! His Kingdom (not the current state of Israel) is spread throughout the whole world! It is destined to crush all the worldly kingdoms in the end --- including the U.S., Israel, or any other country no matter what it's name.

But what did Jesus say when he was accused of working for the enemy,
"Any kindom divided against itself cannot stand."
Let's be about encouraging one another and not dividing over words.

If one refuses to recognize the present day state of Israel as God's chosen people is he considered to be an infidel, even if he believes in the Lord Jesus? Can a Jew be saved if he rejects Christ?

Call me an infidel if you will, but it's doesn't change my actual identity. Christ is the ultimate authority there.

The Christian has the realization of the promise of Abraham which is by faith, not blood (physical relation). Look at Paul's statements in Phillipians -- to put confidence in blood relations is confidence in the flesh. He counted these things to be rubbish in order to gain Christ. What border you live inside of or who you are physically descended from is unimportant in God's eyes.

God looks at the heart.

Let's stop trying to figure out what's wrong with the next guy and encourage each other in what we know and agree to be right. Who here is against serving Jesus, loving his brother, praising God for His kindness and mercy -- certainly there are many things on which we can agree.

I think the answer may just be more of God's word and less of ours.
