Re the Dissident Voice comments you posted...What is Rahm Emmanual's position on the Iraq Invasion and what should be done now? He says he wants to be Whip and there is some controversy on just how much he accomplished in this election vs Dean. Also, now a lot of talk about replacing Dean with Ford from TN...to me this sucks...Ford is a DLC type who said that Kerry should apologize for his botched joke when he should have said something similar to Friedman..."Kerry clearly did not intend to malign the troops; do Bush, Cheney and Rove think we are stupid?". But no, Ford took the chickens***, no guts way out and sniped at Kerry. And if Ford keeps talking about his faith and praying all the time as he did in his concession speech, he should skip politics and become a preacher. There are probably some megachurches out there that have openings. Dean's 50 state approach worked and he won and he should not be forced out, particularly not by someone who lost...Ford.
