anyone over 50 MUST take b12. it is usually deficient. so is folate, which if you take b12 you MUST also take. And if you take excess of one B, you HAVE to take more of them ALL. And if you take B vitamins you MUST take zinc. And if you take more zinc you MUST take 1/15 that in copper too.

And D is also usually deficient as it E.

Just take Multi-Basics-3 and some E, about 400-800 mgs or IU's. Total E is the one I recommend, as it is gamma delta alpha balanced which is all important. taking just alpha tocopherol may be slighly toxic.
