Why don't you just upgrade your guest membership by subscribing to SI for a month or so. Then you will be able to use your extended membership privileges to search old boards and PM other members you knew previously on osme of your old M&M stock Boards to help locate your old alias.

Chucka Marsh and other big metalheads are still around who might know your old i.d. If not, just go with what you have.
