I have a feeling CNBC will be a though nut to crack. I do watch Bloomberg, sometimes, but it doesn't have the personal sometimes humorous touches CNBC has. I haven't watched Neil Cavuto much even though I enjoyed him at CNBC. I believe former CNBCers Martha McCallum and Terry Keanen are both over there to.

The thing I miss the most is Maria Bartiromo on the NYSE floor.
At first, being pushed and shoved all over the floor.

I can't imagine anyone pushing Mark around the floor. <G>

I'm sure glad to see her promoted, she deserved it. I also remember her because of II where I used to post. Her husband Juno Stienburg was the owner of Individual Investors web sight and magazine before their demise in the dot com meltdown. I believe Kiplinger's bought some of the remaining assets.

One other thing CNBC has going for it. Momentum and GE culture from former GE CEO Jack Welch. Many were skeptical at the time of CNBC being a contender in financial news. He knew enough to buy RCA to unlock the true value of NBC network. Jack is probably the most highly respected CEO's in my eyes.
