One important measure of "smart" is money. How much is Olbermann worth? I know Rush pissed his neighbors off when he bought a mansion and had it demolished to build a much bigger one on the lot. He seems to have accumulated a great deal of wealth from becoming the number one talk show host. All Olbermann can do is a lousy TV show that has just over half as many viewers as Hannity and Colmes. Message 22879569 If you actually listened to Rush for a month or two you might detect just how smart he really is. Anyone who believes any host is absolutely true is an absolute idiot. I like Rush, but I often don't agree with him. He does stay ahead of the news cycle and is useful to listen to for that reason.
