You don't know the difference between deficit and debt, and you don't know how the budget works. Look up the difference between the single- and multi-fund paradigms of accounting in the federal budget.

The beauty of Clinton was that he could work with a dolt like Gingrich to create surpluses. I think that's what really pissed off your rightists, that Clinton was able to get things done in a divisive environment, while Bush couldn't get sh*t done even though he had absolute control over both houses.
