my plan hasn't changed...I sent it to our Senior Senator.

1. Redeploy to Kuwait and move them home from there.
2. Broker a deal with the three tribes, Sunni, Shia and Kurds and create three states.
3. Have the special ops guys work with the army - they are trained for counterinsurgent operations.

And, yes it will be a mess - but no worse than what we have now....the difference is that it will be creating some direction.
