hubris, thanks for the comments... i'm pretty adamant about sinclair for personal and professional reasons...re: my tenacity of sinclair's defense, there were a bunch of posters that were libeling him on the yahoo message board and also trickled over to the stockhouse board as well from the january to april timeframe...when i see people trying to purposely misinform and outright bash other well-meaning, honest, successful people and their companies, i take it personal especially when my dollars are on the line...there are some nasty people out there on the internet that are using the power of mass communication without any concern for the effects of their actions just to benefit themselves and talk their books...whether it's pumping and dumping or bashing and shorting, both tactics are simply reprehensible yet a cold hard reality of this investment and trading world where everyone is out for himself...when i see it though, i will call it out...that's all i can do... billy
