Unless you're a Nextweb subscriber (which I suspect you aren't), I'm not quite sure why Covad's responsible for your wireless problems. I would have thought getting that fixed would be icing, but if the problem is with your own router/adapters/computers, any other provider is going to hit the same wall.

I'd have thought a troubleshooting site/forum would be a better place to vent AND find a solution.

Not sure whether you've looked at their financials, but they aren't exactly kicking the bucket, and it's their financial situation, not your particular wireless network, that's going to determine that.
